[Mono-list] Service do not start

in fact, the mono framework is installed at /usr/local/lib/
locate mono-service2.exe
returns /usr/local/lib/mono.....
on version 1.9, i had the mono framework installed in /opt/mono but removed
it and installed according to default installation path... everything else
(httpd, webservices,etc...) works ok ...
