[Mono-list] Welcome Summer of Code 2009 Students!

I didn't know SIMD optimizations weren't implemented for AMD64 yet, but it's
good it's going to get done.

Off topic, but I was considering using Mono.Simd to try and make a
"SimdBitmap" class for very fast Bitmap manipulations... That'd most likely
be faster than any of the existing unsafe or managed fast Bitmap classes.
