[Mono-list] Exception and strange result from web service

I tried to host my asmx web service in Apache 2 / FreeBsd with mod_mono/2.4 
in ISP.

One Web service call  returns 500 error code with strange packet:

Tag <Pilt> contains picture ( a lot of bytes which are not shown) and it is 
*not terminated*.
After that *new* <?xml ... content starts in same response containing soap 
exception text.
I have try {} catch in my whole web method call which catces all exceptions. 
So reported exception occurs outside web method execution.

How to fix this ?
How to get stack trace of the exception ?
