[Mono-list] HashSet appears present but broken on older Ubuntu

Ok. I sort of expected unimplemented methods to throw "NotImplemented"
exceptions, so I was hoping this might be some misconfiguration on my
part...

I'll mirror my apt-update server over the weekend and post back if that
