http://www.go-mono.com/ (which redirects to
http://www.mono-project.com)?  Or a sub-site such as
http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html or
http://www.go-mono.com/docs?

Safari 3.2.1 (5525.27.1) on OS X 10.5.6 seems to show those sites
properly for me.  Perhaps you need an update?
