[Mono-list] Name of the CSharp Shell

I think we try to find a googlable name because it means it has an unique
name... whichever the search engine or the repository of data... we just try
to  look for a distinctive name.

Anyway, people will find it as "c# shell" or "mono shell", I hope :)
