[Mono-list] Mono support for Managed DirectX

In theory I don't see any reason Mono couldn't use the Managed DirectX
libraries however they call the native DirectX libraries which only exist on
Windows. So your program could run under Mono but only under windows. The
only alternative I see to avoid rewriting using OpenGL or some other
framework would be to run your program under Wine on Linux.

Thanks,
Justin
