[Mono-list] 2.0.1 Mono Release

I'm trying to update this in fink.  The new gtk-sharp has this in configure.in:

PKG_CHECK_MODULES(MONO_CAIRO, mono-cairo >= $MONO_REQUIRED_VERSION,
enable_mono_cairo=no, enable_mono_cairo=yes)

Which disables mono cairo if it's found, and enables it if it's not,
if I'm reading that right.  Can I assume this is a bug?  =)
