The Wiimote library used by Windows is incompatible with Linux since
it uses WMI to talk to the Bluetooth device.  WMI is not supported on
Mono, and probably will not be anytime soon (if at all).

There are some Linux ports of various Wiimote projects that you might
find useful instead.
