[Mono-list] Windows Installer and services in XP

[gatomono]

The windows installer of Mono install mono  putting windows services?, or the
installer install a enviroment selft contained of mono?
Mono dont require Net framework to function?
I search by the site of mono, by now, i dont find anything only the
requeriment of  hardware.
