[Mono-list] VB.Net ASP - CodePage 1252 not supported

Hi,

I'm getting this error when I create a new VB.Net ASP web site in 
MonoDevelop version 1.9.0 and then try to view the site.  I'm using 
Ubuntu 8.04, and vbnc 0.0.0.5693.

Any ideas?
