[Mono-list] Compile Mono from Source

Hey,

Version 1.9.1 of mono was included in pre-compiled binaries that I could use
on my RHEL box, but those binaries are no longer available, and I have to
try and compile from source.

Is it possible for someone to post a list of steps that I should follow in
order to do this?

I am aware of the following http://www.mono-project.com/Compiling_Mono page
and I have attempted to follow it, but I get errors regarding dependencies.

Is there a particular order that I need to install the core components? I
have installed glib and pkgconfig, are there any other core components that
I need?

I am trying to get mono installed, along with mod_mono and xsp. Any help
would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Gary
