[Mono-list] mono 2.0 for windows - debugger question

I downloaded mono for windows 2.0 bundle from here
http://ftp.novell.com/pub/mono/archive/2.0/windows-installer/5/mono-2.0-gtksharp-2.10.4-win32-5.exe
and after install cannot find command line debugger (mdb). Is it still not
existing on win32 platform?
