[Mono-list] run application from usb

Hello,

Let's say I developed an application using mono and copied compiled file on
usb drive. Is it possible to have mono on the usb too so that I can run my
application on any computer even if it doesn't have mono installed. As far
as I know it is possible to do it with JRE. Is it possible with mono/
