[Mono-list] ldtoken with ByRef, question

:( callvirt is needed instead of call, silly me. Now it works perfectly.
SORRY for spamming the list with this monologue. I had worked very much on
it with no success, then I wrote to this list and solved the problem in 30
minutes after it.
