[Mono-list] SPAM-LOW: Re: Thoughts on Mono on Windows

It wasn't a suggestion that the mono project do it, which
I think is a bad idea. I was just trying to indicate the
relative level of difficuty and point the way for a user
to do it in specific, targeted cases.
