[Mono-list] System.Net.WebRequest.CachePolicy not implemented?

Hi Gonzalo,
Well, I guess building it from source is huge process for me, and I'm highly
agains cygwin and it's lower-than-required security.

Will http://mono.ximian.com/daily/ packages help me at all with this
problem?
