[Mono-list] porting windows application to mono

Hi

I am fresher to mono. I have windows application in .net.I have uploaded the
application in linux,trying to run but its throws following error
unable to decode certificate at
System.Security.Cryptography.X509Certificates.X509Certificate2
.import(System.Byte[] rawdata,System.String password.x50-KeyStrorageglags
keyStrorageFlags)[0x0000]

Could you please suggest whether i can directly dowload that application and
use or need to migrate by using MOMA(Mono Migration Analyzer ).
