[Mono-list] alternative to scriptResourceHandler?

Hello,
as of mono 1.2.6, scriptResourceHandler is not handled in Wb.config. Is
there an alternative to <scriptResourceHandler enableCompression="true"
enableCaching="true" /> to emable the compression and caching when we
use the MS AJAX framework on mod_mono?
