[Mono-list] Configuring Basic/Digest Authentication for XSP

Hi Caleb,

Try adding  <add key="Authentication" value="Digest" />  to the
<appSettings> section in web.config (if you use "Basic" auth, you need
to add  value="Basic"  instead).
