The compiler error message exactly shows that your FeedDotNet.Common.dll
does reference to assembly
System.Runtime.Serialization.dll which is part of WCF i.e. one of .NET
3.0 components. My assumption is that
you looked over (or you aren't aware) that you added the reference.
You can upload your FeedDotNet.Common.dll and let everyone examine if
your guess is correct. Also, it
would be good if you post how you built the assembly and let everyone
examine it.
Note that .NET 3.0 components are used under 2.0 runtime in .NET.
