josh at osmosis:~$ mono --version
Mono JIT compiler version 1.9.1 (tarball)

        TLS: __thread
GC: Included Boehm (with typed GC)

About mono-basic, I was receiving lots of compilation errors and I decided
to modify the code in order to make without it.
