[Mono-list] System.Configuration.DictionarySectionHandler missing?

Thanks, solved. The section specification wasn't complete enough. Obvioulsy
it has to be specified as:

    <section name="AKAClient"
type="System.Configuration.DictionarySectionHandler, System" />
