Don't. Better check out individual directories you are really
interested in, such as mono, mcs, etc.

Those files for building Mac OS X packages are pretty useless on
Windows anyway.

Because Windows' filesystems can't handle files with differing case.
If you look with TortoiseSVN's repository browser, you will see that
there's a README.rtf and a ReadMe.rtf in the same folder.
