[Mono-list] what is the best distribution to work with mono

I strongly recommend OpenSUSE 11, not only does it have a lot more .NET
code, but it also has newer versions of things, and it is a lot faster
for many day-to-day operations, as well as having a decent package
manager (anything before 11 was too slow).
