[Mono-list] Unicode encoding problem: xsp2 on winXP mono 1.9.1

Hello!

I have a big problem using russian characters on XSP2 under winXP
mono 1.9.1

I have created index.HTML with some russian text inside in utf-8 encoding.
It's working fine.
But when I created index.ASPX with some russian text inside in utf-8 -
this russian text appeared incorrectly.
I've tried globalization in web.config, codepage attribute in <%@ page ...
%> section in aspx file - does not work :(

Could someone please help me?
