[Mono-list] out of threads?

So My issue exists in  running the console of CruiseControl.NET 1.3 and in 1.4 RC, My Mono is the latest download as of a month ago, 1.9.1. It is on Mac OS X 10.5.3
 
Running CruiseControl.NET using Mono on a Mac OSX server and I keep getting running out of threads errors. CruiseControl.NET makes calls to  Subversion and XCode for my project. I know I do not get any of these errors on Windows, but I am wondering if any of the others using Mono have seen this? When looking using TOP, I see the mono processes never get above 18 threads so I don't think it is the OS limiting it. Any clues or places to look? Any help would be very appreciated.
