[Mono-list] System.DateTime.FromOADate

Sorry, I jumped to consclusions. The System.DateTime parsing bug is 
still there in 1.2.6
(System.DateTime.FromOADate for a date with negative offset leads to a 
System.ArgumentException on Mono, but works fine on Windows .NET)
