[Mono-list] Environment.GetFolderPath() on fedora core 8

I'm not sure if there are still problems on other platforms, but I've tested that Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolders.Desktop) works well on fedora 8 with mono 1.2.6, returning a good path to /home/user/Desktop.  I had been running mono 1.2.5 and thats when I noticed the problem before.
