[Mono-list] Compiler failed to produce the assembly

Hello everyone,
I am receiving the following error when running my application that  
uses a third party SSH component. The MONO compliance checker gives me  
the thumbs up on the third party assembly. The application is running  
on Solaris 10.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
