[Mono-list] culture name es_ES is not supported

Hi,

My partners and me had got a simmilar problem in the past. We think
that the es_ES culture is well supported with the 0x0C0A code which
corresponds to the international spanish in windows, however the
0x040A code wich corresponds to the traditional spanish in windows
doesn't work. We think is here where your problem resides on.
