[Mono-list] Mono manual

Hello to everybody!

Somebody knows if exist a manual (or book) for newbies using mono?
(specially the version 2). Several years ago I programed in VB .Net, but I
need a something to learn to programming in mono.

Actually I'm using ubuntu 8.10 in my computer
