I like VS style too (almost everything except switch-case indent), but it's

I've used Visual Studio professionally for seven years now, and been very 
pleased with its default brace styles, etc.  But I've never seen the mono
code 
style guide.  Assuming that I have a recent mono installation, where should
I 
look for that?  Or do I need to find it online somewhere?
