[Mono-list] Mono code style guide with Visual Studio settings

I like VS style too (almost everything except switch-case indent), but it's
very different from Mono style, description of which you can find here:

I've used Visual Studio professionally for seven years now, and been very 
pleased with its default brace styles, etc.  But I've never seen the mono
style guide.  Assuming that I have a recent mono installation, where should
look for that?  Or do I need to find it online somewhere?
