[Mono-list] Compiling Mono from source code

Could be the "don't use cygwin make" issue.  Did you follow the step in
shana's instructions to download a specific version of 'make'?

I'm already using Shana's documentation for that.I've done as said in
the document. But the error seems to be something wired for me. I'm not
able to figure out.
