[Mono-list] Assembly Load Exception

I am using mod_mono and am getting the following exception:

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly
'/home/derek/development/felix/bin/Boo.Lang.Compiler.dll' or one of
its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

The file is in the directory as are the files that it depends on (works
under asp.net on windows).
Is there anyway to get anymore detailed information about what went wrong?
Is there a fusion log equivalent for mono?
