[Mono-list] Learn C# without Visual Studio

Hi Jason

I use three books that doesn't focus on Visual Studio but there is a lot 
of documentation that focus only on C# language, including mono-project.com.

The Books:
 - Programming C#, 2nd - O' Reilly;
 - Practical Mono - Apress;
 - Mono - A Developer's Notebook - O' Reilly.

The two about Mono uses Monodevelop as IDE.
