[Mono-list] Regarding Recompiling mono/gmcs

Hi Robert,

Thanks for the pointer. But this starter was to no avail.
Bootstrapping did not work either.
I'm giving a shot once again. I've uninstalled Cygwin completely and,
at the moment, reinstalling with bare-minimum items for mono.
