[Mono-list] Web Services not work...

Hi all.
I must to do to work an simple web sevices that get some data from
PostgreSQL. But nothing work like say this page
http://www.mono-project.com/Webservices_and_GtkSharp
After time, I decide to try with the same code of this page, but the message
throwing is the same again:

*Type GtkWebservice.RemoteWebService not found.*

*Description: *Error processing request.
