[Mono-list] getting gtk/winforms working on Ubuntu

I was having tons of problems getting make to work earlier, and then had 
even more problems getting gtk/winforms apps to work correctly. Some of you 
may remember the thread.

Anyways, I got it resolved. Unfortunately, I had to install a whole load of 
packages. I've posted my method at:

So, if any of you could take a peek and post recommendations on how to trim 
the list down, I'd appreciate it.

Hope what I learned helps others who are having troubles getting Mono and 
such working on Ubuntu.
