[Mono-list] install libgdiplus?

[Maser, Dan]

  Maybe send the end of the text from the "./configure" then?  Is there
a "Makefile" in your directory which appears after running
"./configure"?  I assume not, the output below looks as tho the
"./configure" process did not output a Makefile.
