Everything in Silverlight 1.0 and 1.1 will be available in Moonlight 1.0
and 1.1.

You seem confused.

Silverlight on Windows is not implemented on top of WPF.   It is a
completely fresh implementation of the same API.

WPF is hardware accelerated, Silverlight is purely software driven, they
look similar from the basic XAML and API standpoint, but that is it.
