[Mono-list] serialport breakstate function not implemented

SerialPort/Breakstate function not implemented, I saw this in bugzilla,

there somewhere a patch/implementation for this function, another solution ?
I need to send a break signal of 5ms and I would like to stick in C#, not to
call a c-appl...
