[Mono-list] Which IDE?

The problem is taht i:
1. Should convert all existing files (using converter or by hands)
2. Should always remember that i need save all new files in UTF8

Think that 1 is not a problem, but i'll forget about 2 :-) So it should 
be some way to set default encoding for VS globally. Do you know how to 
do this?
