[Mono-list] 500 and 503 Error With WebServices

Hi,
im having this error when running a web service in my apache + mod_mono
server under ubuntu:

First i get a 500 Internal Server Error.
When I refresh, I get 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

Attached the error log in /var/log/apache2/error.log.

Here the specs of the server:
Apache/2.2.4 (Ubuntu) mod_mono/1.2.4 PHP/5.2.3-1ubuntu6 Server at localhost
Port 80

Any help on how to debug or how to know what's going wrong?
