[Mono-list] VS2005 addin prj2makesharp

 I found an installer of the previous version of the addin for 2003.... but
nothing for 2005.
 
I downloaded from mono svn the sources of the addin prj2makesharp but i
didn't know how i have to compile and also to make an installer or simply
add it to vs2005.
 
Any suggest?
