[Mono-list] openSUSE 10.2 padlock in mono's packages in Yast2 ?

Hi
Anybody knows about, why I to see a padlock icon into every mono related
package into Yast2 ?.
I wish to upgrade monodevelop to 0.17, but I am afraid because this icon...

I can to read the mean of padlock, about a posibles conflict of the package
with other dependencies, that is in the help or brief explain of this icons

What do you thing about?
