[Mono-list] Boostrap mcs and gac path

Hi folks,

is there any way to prevent the bootstrap mcs.exe from searching dll's
in GAC of already present mono installation (/usr/lib/mono/gac in my
case)? From strace I can see that it tries to access files in this
directory when building mono.
