[Mono-list] MS Web Service Enhancements

Hi,

Any versions of WSE are not provided and will not be supported
unless anyone else write code for them. Instead we are on
implementing Windows Communication Foundation (in our svn module
"olive").
However it is far from done and won't be ready for months or years
(depending on others' contributions to missing bits in 2.0 profile,
as I'm currently not working on WCF but working on them).
