[Mono-list] user.config, where to find?

I submited some minimal patches so that usage like this didn't cause the 
program to explode, but unless there has been some work in this area in 
the last 6 months or so, then saving doesn't actually work.
It is a new .Net 2.0 feature so like many 2.0 features is not yet complete.
