[Mono-list] Mono / .Net Incompatibility

Hello,

I've found a crash in Mono. Short demo code here:

 http://www.goodforbusiness.co.uk/~dom/E.cs

Attempting to load the recently emitted type causes mono to core dump.
The same code works as expected under the Microsoft runtime.

I'll file bug reports for this and the other emit related issue
I found a few weeks ago (B.cs on the host above).
